One of my colleagues was looking over my shoulder as I struggled to work out a software problem. “do you always bring up task manager like that?” He asked. I was then astounded to find out that there was a simpler way (right click on the task bar – think of the clicks in a lifetime I would save!)
A couple of thoughts on this:
I would have never gone looking for this bit of info
My colleagues may have assumed that I did not need to be told
How does this translate to teleworking and elearning? How do these nuggets get transferred when nobody can see me going round 3 sides of a square?
